钻机绞车行星传动轮系的粒子群法优化设计 被引量:2

摘要 钻机绞车行星传动常常用于海洋钻井平台,但是由于常规设计体积庞大,使得其在海洋钻井平台上使用受限。建立了钻机绞车行星传动体积、传动效率和传动重合度3个分目标优化函数,并采用无因次处理和增加权重因子的方式得到多目标总优化函数。以齿面接触强度、齿根弯曲强度和配齿条件等为约束条件,利用粒子群法和序列二次规划法,通过MATLAB编程实现了优化设计。分析了不同权重系数对各分目标函数的影响,对比粒子群算法和序列二次规划法的优劣。结果表明:粒子群法综合优化结果优于序列二次规划法,权重系数的分配影响分目标函数的优化结果,优化后的钻机行星传动轮系体积大大减小,传动效率和传动重合度也有所提高。 The planetary drive of drawworks is often used in offshore drilling platforms,but the volume of the planetary drive gear system designed by conventional method is huge,its use in offshore drilling platforms is limited.Therefore,three sub-objective optimization functions of volume,transmission efficiency and transmission coincidence degree of planetary transmission gear system of drawworks are established,and the multi-objective optimization function is obtained by dimensionless processing and the introduction of weight factors.Taking the tooth surface contact strength,tooth root bending strength and tooth matching conditions as constraints,the optimal design of the planetary transmission gear system is finished by using particle swarm algorithm and sequential quadratic programming method through MATLAB programming.The influence of different allocation of weight coefficients on each sub-objective function is analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of particle swarm algorithm and sequential quadratic programming method are compared.The results show that the comprehensive optimization result of particle swarm algorithm is better than that of sequential quadratic programming method,the allocation of weight coefficients affects the optimization result of sub-objective functions,the volume of optimized planetary transmission gear train is greatly reduced,and the transmission efficiency and transmission coincidence degree are also improved.
