摘要
利用乙醇胺与4,4′-二乙酰基二苯醚、甲醛之间发生曼尼希反应,得到了一种新型的双曼尼希碱型酸化缓蚀剂MM-1。通过对其进行复配获得了最佳配方为:20%MM-1缓蚀剂主剂,7%BAA,3%OP-10,8%炔醇A。新型曼尼希碱酸化缓蚀剂在酸溶液中分散性优异,不发生沉淀和分层。通过电化学法分析发现:MM-1缓蚀剂是一种抑制阳极反应型缓蚀剂;可在金属表面均匀稳定地吸附膜层,且不改变溶液性质;通过吸附热力学发现这种缓蚀剂在N80钢片表面形成化学吸附且符合Langmuir吸附模型;通过扫描电镜和电子能谱分析发现,缓蚀剂分子可吸附在钢片表面且形成完整、致密的吸附膜,保护金属免受腐蚀介质的腐蚀。
A new corrosion inhibitor for oilfield acidification MM-1 wassynthetised through Mannich reaction of the ethanolamine with 4,4′diacetyl diphenyether and formaldehyde.The best formula was obtained by compounding:main agent MM-1 of 20%,BAA of 7%,OP-10 of 3%,alkynol A of 8%.The new Mannich base acidizing corrosion inhibitor has excellent dispersion in acid solution without precipitation and stratification.Through electrochemical analysis,it is found that MM-1 inhibitor is a kind of inhibitor to inhibit anodic reaction,which can form a uniform and stable adsorption film on the metal surface without changing the properties of the solution;Through adsorption thermodynamics,it is found that the corrosion inhibitor forms chemical adsorption on the surface of N80 steel sheet,which conforms to Langmuir adsorption model;The scanning electron microscopy and electron spectroscopy analysis results revealed that the inhibitor molecule can be adsorbed on the surface of the steel sheet to form a complete and dense adsorption film,protecting the metal from corrosion by the medium.
