摘要 针对9^(#)煤层和10^(#)煤层间距较小,10^(#)煤层回采过程中巷道支护难度大的问题,采用理论分析、工程类比等方法,提出采用高强锚杆搭配11^(#)工字钢棚的支护方案。根据不同的煤层间距,设计了三种不同的支护方案,并在10-102工作面进行现场试验。结果表明:巷道顶板下沉量最大值为332.8 mm,两帮移近量最大值为286.5 mm,巷道围岩整体变形量在预计范围之内,且稳定性较好。 Aiming at the small distance between the 9^(#) coal seam and the 10^(#) coal seam and the difficulty of roadway support in the mining process of the 10^(#) coal seam,the support scheme of high-strength anchor combined with 11^(#) I-shaped steel shed is put forward by using the methods of theoretical analysis and engineering analogy.According to the different distance between coal seams,three different support schemes are designed and field tests are carried out in the 10-102 working face.The results show that the maximum subsidence of roadway roof is 332.8 mm,the maximum displacement of the two sides is 286.5 mm,the overall deformation of roadway surrounding rock is within the predicted range,and the stability is good.
