新景公司15303综放工作面生产溜调窜试验分析

摘要 受开采条件变化及地形影响,综放工作面两部生产溜在生产过程中易发生窜溜现象。为了杜绝窜溜事故发生,新景公司积极探索综放工作面调窜方案,对15303综放工作面生产溜窜动进行动态监测及调窜方式探索,得出15303工作面生产溜窜动调整最行之有效的方式为结合调整进度差、单向顶溜及倒移支架耳轴的位置三者共同作用,同时应该根据巷道的变形量及两巷高差等地质条件制定调窜措施。 Affected by the change of mining conditions and topography,the two production slides in fully mechanized top coal caving face are prone to channeling in the production process.In order to prevent the occurrence of channeling accidents,Xinjing Company actively explored the channeling scheme in fully mechanized top coal caving face,and carried out dynamic monitoring and channeling mode exploration on production slip movement in the 15303 fully mechanized top coal caving face.It is concluded that the most effective way to adjust production slip movement in the 15303 working face is the combination of adjusting the progress difference,one-way top slip and inverting the position of the earshaft of the bracket.At the same time,the channeling measures should be made according to the geological conditions such as the deformation of the roadway and the height difference between the two roadways.
