摘要
为了提高巷道掘进过断层的效率,减少断层带破岩量,控制断层带附近围岩破碎现象,在2062巷过F4断层时采用俯斜爆破法施工工艺,并采取超前管棚支护、注浆、铺设钢筋网、施工组合锚索以及架设梯形棚联合支护,减少了掘进机破岩量,降低了掘进机故障率,有效控制了断层带顶板破碎、下沉,应用成效显著。
In order to improve the efficiency of roadway driving through fault,reduce the amount of rock breaking in fault zone and control the phenomenon of surrounding rock fracture near fault zone,the construction technology of inclined blasting method was adopted when the 2062 roadway passed through F4 fault,in addition,advanced pipe shed support,grouting,laying steel net,construction combined anchor cable and trapezoidal shed combined support are adopted,which reduces the rock breaking quantity of roadheader,reduces the failure rate of roadheader,and effectively controls the roof breaking and subsidence of fault zone.The application effect is remarkable.
