摘要
针对厚煤层综放开采时适当增大采高后工作面原有生产系统是否能够满足生产需求为研究目的,以晋圣公司坡底煤业N2105工作面为工程地质背景,通过破、运煤运输系统分析、液压支护系统分析、排头和排尾支护系统分析以及工程经济效益分析等,结果表明工作面原有生产系统能够满足采高增至3.5 m后的生产需求,同时带来973万元的直接经济效益。
For the purpose of studying whether the original production system of the working face after properly increasing the mining height in the fully mechanized top coal caving mining of thick coal seam can meet the production demand,taking the N2105 working face of the Podi Coal Industry of Jinsheng Company as the engineering geological background,through breaking,coal transportation system analysis,hydraulic support system analysis,row head and tail support system analysis and engineering economic benefit analysis,etc.The results show that the original production system of the working face can meet the production demand after the mining height is increased to 3.5 m,and bring direct economic benefits of 9.73 million yuan at the same time.
