Practice of Upgrading and Reconstruction of Rapid Quantitative Loading Station in Wangzhuang Coal Mine

针对王庄煤矿煤炭快速定量装车站控制系统出现误反馈,无法快速、正确地找出故障点,控制系统响应速度慢,给煤机工况动作不及时,溜槽系统断电隐患等实际问题,对快速定量装车站进行了升级改造,解决了王庄煤矿快速定量装车站长时间存在的问题,提高了生产效率。

In view of the practical problems such as misfeedback in the control system of coal rapid quantitative loading station in Wangzhuang Coal Mine,unable to find out the fault point quickly and correctly,slow response speed of control system,untimely operation of coal feeder,hidden danger of power outage of chute system and so on,the rapid quantitative loading station has been upgraded and reformed,which solves the problems existing in the rapid quantitative loading station for a long time in Wangzhuang Coal Mine and improves the production efficiency.
