浓缩机消泡问题的探索及治理

摘要 浓缩机溢流为重介选煤系统中喷淋水的主要水源。由于浓缩机内浮选泡沫的存在,细煤泥掺混其中,不易破碎,难以沉淀,造成溢流水整体混浊,直接影响洗选产品脱介效果。通过增加消泡篦子、安装挡泡装置和喷淋水冲刷稀释消泡等措施的实施,有效减少了泡沫,清洁了水源,达到了降低介耗的最终目的。 The overflow of concentrator is the main source of spraying water in dense medium coal preparation system.Due to the existence of flotation foam in the concentrator,the fine slime is not easy to be broken and difficult to precipitate,resulting in the overall turbidity of the overflow water,which directly affects the deintermediation effect of the washing products.Through the implementation of measures such as increasing defoaming grate,installing anti-foaming device and spraying water to wash and dilute defoaming,the foam is effectively reduced,the water source is cleaned,and the ultimate goal of reducing medium consumption is achieved.
