为有效解决工作面进架出架程序较多、人员安全管理难等问题,研发了支架快速安装平台及配套装置,并在现场进行了工业性试验。试验结果表明:使用支架快速安装平台后工作效率提高了80%,工人劳动强度降低,安全系数提高,具有一定的推广价值。

In order to effectively solve the problems such as too many procedures for entering and leaving shelves in the working face and the difficulty of personnel safety management,a support rapid installation platform and supporting devices were developed,and industrial tests were carried out in the field.The test results show that after using the support rapid installation platform,the work efficiency is increased by 80%,the labor intensity of workers is reduced,and the safety factor is improved,which has a certain popularizing value.
