新集一矿矸石电厂煤泥干化系统方案设想

摘要 为了解决新集一矿湿煤泥露天堆放、污染环境和处置困难等问题,从环保、安全、节能、节水、过程控制、成品特点和经济效益等方面进行分析,拟在工业场地西北角规划建设煤泥干化系统,利用电厂自有低温蒸汽干燥湿煤泥,干煤泥产品掺配到电厂现有燃料系统。该系统的建设可以有效处置湿煤泥问题,降低发电成本,增加企业效益。 In order to solve the problems of wet slime open-air stacking,environmental pollution and disposal difficulties in Xinji No.1 Coal Mine,it is analyzed from the aspects of environmental protection,safety,energy saving,water saving,process control,finished product characteristics and economic benefits,etc.It is proposed to plan and build a slime drying system in the northwest corner of the industrial site,using the power plant’s own low-temperature steam to dry wet slime,and the dry slime products are mixed into the existing fuel system of the power plant.The construction of the system can effectively deal with the problem of wet slime,reduce the cost of power generation and increase the efficiency of enterprises.
