摘要 针对矿井供水系统现状和特点,通过矿井供水管路流量智能化在线监测系统研究,实现供水流量在线监测、超流量异常情况实时预警、管网水量自动调控、流量监测数据实时上传等功能,能人工远程控制阀门,进行供水管路人工关闭,达到全面掌握矿井供水状态和各采区用水量,快速判断大范围跑水事故,具有较好的推广应用价值。 According to the present situation and characteristics of mine water supply system,through the research of intelligent on-line monitoring system of mine water supply pipeline,the functions such as on-line monitoring of water supply flow,early warning of abnormal overflow,automatic regulation of pipe network and real-time upload of flow monitoring data can be realized,the valve can be controlled remotely and the water supply pipeline can be closed manually so as to fully grasp the state of mine water supply and the water consumption of each mining area.Rapid judgment of large-scale water running accidents has a good value of popularization and application.
