摘要
随着油田的开发,大修井遇到的复杂情况越来越多。尤其是在井筒受到腐蚀的情况下进行钢丝落物打捞,出现复杂情况的可能性非常大,轻则导致工期加长,重则导致井筒报废。提出了一种大修井作业中处理落井钢丝的新工艺方法:穿过落井钢丝到井筒深处进行机械切割,实现分段打捞落井钢丝及油管的目的,降低大修井作业难度,大幅提高作业效率。在渤海油田某井成功应用,获得良好的效果,为今后大修井处理落井钢丝提供了新的思路。
With the development of oil field,there are more and more complex situations in overhaul wells.Especially when the well⁃bore is corroded,the possibility of complex situations in fishing falling steel wire is very high,ranging from prolonging the construction period to scrapping the wellbore.For this reason,a new process for handling the falling steel wire in overhaul well operation is put for⁃ward:passing through the falling steel wire to the depth of the wellbore for mechanical cutting,so as to realize the purpose of fishing the falling steel wire and tubing in sections,reduce the difficulty of overhaul well operation and greatly improve the operation efficiency.This technology has been successfully applied in a well in Bohai oilfield and achieved good result,which provides a new idea for deal⁃ing with falling wire in overhaul wells in the future.
