摘要
海洋油气田普遍采用海洋平台丛式井开发,这种方式前期开发阶段效率高,但是后期调整阶段面临预留井槽不足、防碰风险高、地层压力紊乱等诸多难题,极大地影响了调整井钻井效率,甚至影响整个调整方案。渤海油田在解决这些问题时,形成了井槽再利用、深浅层综合绕障、压力紊乱地层压力控制等系列综合调整钻井技术体系。该技术体系有效保证了调整井安全,提高了钻井效率,应用推广价值较好。在总结归纳渤海老油田综合调整技术基础上,对制约技术发展的瓶颈问题进行深入分析,并对可能提高未来海上综合调整效率的新技术进行了展望。为海上类似油田的中后期调整积累了经验,也提供了研究思路和方向。
Offshore platform cluster well development is widely used in offshore oil and gas fields.This development mode has high effi⁃ciency in the early stage,but it faces many problems in the later adjustment stage,such as insufficient reserved well slots,high anti-col⁃lision risk,formation pressure disorder and so on.These factors greatly affect the drilling efficiency and even the whole adjustment scheme in the drilling process of adjustment wells.In solving these problems,a set of comprehensive adjustment drilling technology sys⁃tem has been formed,such as well slot reuse,comprehensive barrier bypassing in deep and shallow layers,control of formation pressure disorder and so on.The technical system effectively ensures the safety of adjustment wells,improves drilling efficiency,and has good application and popularization value.On the basis of summarizing the comprehensive adjustment technology of the Bohai old oilfields,this paper deeply analyzes the bottleneck problems restricting the development of technologies,and predicts to the new technologies that may improve the efficiency of offshore comprehensive adjustment in the future,which not only accumulates experience for the mid⁃dle and later adjustment of similar offshore oilfields,but also provides research ideas and directions.
