Functional Framework of Knowledge Retrieval and Its Application in LIS Terminology Analysis

知识组织研究为术语学带来新的理论要素,整合为面向专业词表尤其是术语词典检索性能研究的理论框架。文章通过文献综合法,聚焦知识检索这一知识组织的基本功能,探讨其定义、主要指标和影响因素,并将该框架应用于《图书馆·情报与文献学名词》前630个词条的知识组织方法反思。《名词》基于词频和术语命名原理,采取两种同义控制方法,并对五类成因导致的概念多样性通过三种方法进行协调,其柔性知识组织方法兼顾了术语知识检索的有效性和增效性。

Knowledge organization research brings new theoretical elements to terminology,and integrates it into a theoretical framework for research on the retrieval performance of specialized vocabularies,especially terminology dictionaries.Through the literature synthesis method,the article focuses on knowledge retrieval,the basic function of knowledge organization,discusses its definition,main indicators and influencing factors,and applies this framework to the reflection on methods of knowledge organization of the first 630 entries in Library,Information and Philology Terms.Based on the principles of word frequency and term naming,the book adopts two synonymy control methods,and coordinates the conceptual diversity caused by five types of causes through three methods.Its flexible knowledge organization method takes into account the effectiveness and efficiency of term knowledge retrieval.
