摘要
脂肪酸羟基脂肪酸脂(FAHFAs)是近年来发现的一类具有抗糖尿病和抗慢性炎症等生物功能的新型内源性脂质。该文详细介绍了FAHFAs的化学结构组成、在生物体内各组织中的分布,以及抗糖尿病、抗炎等生物学功能和检测方法。另外,由于该类脂质具有抗慢性炎症等功能,因此其可能在风湿免疫性疾病的发病过程中也具有重要作用。
Fatty acid esters of hydroxy fatty acids(FAHFAs)are a new group of endogenous lipids with antidiabetic and anti-inflammatory effects found in recent years.In this review,the chemical structure of FAHFAs,the distribution of FAHFAs in various tissues,and the mechanisms underlying the anti-diabetic and anti-inflammatory effects of FAHFAs are introduced in detail.In addition,based on the biological functions such as the antiinflammatory effect,FAHFAs may also play an essential role in the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases.
