实习护生新型冠状病毒肺炎疫苗接种意愿及影响因素分析

COVID-19 vaccination intention and its influencing factors among intern nursing students

目的:了解实习护生新型冠状病毒肺炎疫苗的接种意愿及影响因素,为制定医院实习护生疫苗接种策略提供参考依据。方法:于2020年12月26至28日采用便利抽样方法对安徽省2所三级甲等综合医院的实习护生采用基本信息、新型冠状病毒肺炎疫苗接种意愿、电子健康素养量表进行问卷调查。结果:57.5%(317/551)的实习护生有接种新型冠状病毒肺炎疫苗的意愿。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,本科护生(OR=0.471,95%CI:0.319~0.697)、认为接种疫苗是阻断疫情传播最有效的手段(OR=0.354,95%CI:0.243~0.515)、认为是接种疫苗的重点人群(OR=0.412,95%CI:0.281~0.605)和电子健康素养合格者(OR=0.617,95%CI:0.425~0.897)是接种意愿的保护因素。结论:实习护生新型冠状病毒肺炎疫苗的接种意愿有待进一步干预,相关部门应做好疫苗的健康教育工作,确保实习护生对疫苗的接种率。

Objective:To understand the COVID-19 vaccination intention and its influencing factors for intern nursing students,and to provide a reference for formulating COVID-19 vaccination strategies.Method:From Dec 26 to 28,2020,the convenience sampling method was used to conduct questionnaire surveys on interns in 2 tertiary A general hospitals in Anhui Province using basic information,COVID-19 vaccination willingness,and eHealth Literacy Scale(eHEALS).Results:A total of 57.5%(317/551)of the interns have the willingness to be vaccinated.And the results of multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that undergraduate nursing students(OR=0.471,95%CI:0.319-0.697),vaccination was considered to be the most effective means to interrupt the spread of the epidemic(OR=0.354,95%CI:0.243-0.515),nurses were considered to be the key populations for vaccination(OR=0.412,95%CI:0.281-0.605),and qualified ehealth literacy(OR=0.617,95%CI:0.425-0.897)were protective factors for vaccination intention.Conclusion:The willingness of interns to vaccinate needs further intervention,and relevant departments should do a good job in health education of vaccination to ensure the vaccination rate of intern nursing students.
