摘要 随着煤炭开采规模和煤巷断面面积的逐步扩大,越来越多的矿井选择利用配套的综合一体化技术,实现对大断面巷道的快速掘进。为解决大断面矩形巷道掘锚一体机快速掘进的支护问题,以榆横矿区巴拉素煤矿2102工作面辅运大断面巷道为工程背景,运用FLAC3D数值模拟软件对巷道变形规律及应力分布特征进行了研究,结合模拟结果、理论计算以及掘锚一体机支护特征,设计了“锚网索”联合支护方案,顶板和两帮采用长度2500 mm、直径22 mm的左旋螺纹钢锚杆,配合钢筋网片支护,顶板锚索采用长度8300 mm、直径21.6 mm的七芯钢绞线。结果表明,采用“锚网索”联合支护顶板最大下沉量为13 mm,底板变形量为9 mm,煤帮最大形变量为6 mm,巷道变形控制效果明显,支护效果较好,可保证安全生产。 With the gradual increase of coal mining scale and coal roadway section,more and more mines choose integrated tech⁃nology to realize the rapid excavation of large section roadway.In order to solve the support problem of large cross-section rectan⁃gular roadway when the driving and bolting machine is used for rapid excavation,taking the auxiliary large crosssection roadway of 2102 working face of Balasu Coal Mine in Yuheng mining area as the engineering background,the deformation law and stress distribution characteristics of the roadway are studied by using FLAC3D numerical simulation software.Combined with the numerical simulation,the theoretical calculation and the support characteristics of the driving and bolting machine,the combined support scheme of“anchor-mesh-cable”is designed.The roof and two sides are supported by 2500 mm long and 22 mm diameter left-hand screw steel bolts,with mesh reinforcement.The roof anchor cable is 8300 mm long and 21.6 mm diameter seven core steel strand.The application shows that the maximum subsidence of roof is 13 mm,the deformation of floor is 9 mm,the maximum deformation of coal wall is 6 mm,the supporting effect of roadway is good,and the safety production can be ensured.
