1301首采工作面矿压显现规律研究

摘要 为了准确掌握首采工作面矿压显现规律,为后续的采区设计、巷道布置、设备选型、支护设计、顶板控制等提供依据,依次对1301首采工作面和相关顺槽进行了矿压观测,分析其矿压显现规律。研究表明,在第一来压周期与第二来压周期时,随着工作面向前推进,老顶基本可以同时发生断裂,但在第三来压周期之后老顶断裂的位置发生明显滞后,但来压步距基本保持一致。通过对各测区周期来压步距统计分析得知,整个工作面周期来压步距平均12.1 m。在矿压监测范围内,工作面液压支架能够较好地发挥支护作用,且在工作面来压过程中能够保证工作面安全,未出现大范围过载现象。 In order to accurately grasp the mine pressure behavior law of the first mining face,and provide the basis for the sub⁃sequent mining area design,roadway layout,equipment selection,support design and roof control,the mine pressure observa⁃tion of 1301 first mining face and related roadway was carried out and analyzed in turn.The results show that the main roof can fracture at the same time during the first and second periodic weighting,but after the third periodic weighting,the fracture po⁃sition of the main roof obviously lags behind,and the weighting step is basically the same.Through the statistical analysis of the periodic weighting step in each measuring area,it is known that the average value of the periodic weighting step in the whole working face is 12.1m.In the range of mine pressure monitoring,the hydraulic support of the working face can play a better supporting role,and can ensure the safety of the working face during the mine pressure behavior,without large-scale overload phenomenon.
