Analysis on flexible mesh hanging technology of end mining through in fully mechanized mining face

综采工作面末采贯通柔性网铺顶技术为引进的一种新型工作面回撤护顶技术,相比较传统的工艺更具优势,主要表现在一次铺网免联接,整体铺设效果好等方面,在实际应用过程中,柔性网铺顶技术大大提升了矿区的施工作业效率,保证了施工作业的质量。文章以陕北某矿区为例,研究分析缩短工作面末采时间等相关问题,具体探究了综采工作面末采安全技术措施,旨在进一步提高收尾作业成效。从根本上保证新技术的使用性,全面保障末采贯通挂网安全顺利推进。

The flexible mesh hanging technology for the end mining through of the fully mechanized mining face is a new type of roof protection technology introduced.Compared with the traditional technology,it has more advantages,mainly in the aspects of one-time mesh laying without connection and good overall laying effect.In the process of practical application,the flexible mesh hanging technology greatly improves the construction efficiency and ensures the construction quality of the coal mine.Taking a mining area in Northern Shaanxi as an example,in order to shorten the final mining through time of the working face,this paper puts forward the final mining safety technical measures of the fully mechanized mining face,so as to further improve the efficiency of finishing operation,and ensure the safe and smooth progress of the final mining through by the use of new technology.
