煤矿井巷起底爆破网络架空设计与应用

摘要 煤矿井下巷道起底爆破施工作业时,因受巷道底板表面淤泥多、积水、淋水大以及雷管段位不足等条件影响,容易造成拒爆、跳炮等现象,最终导致不能按照设计完成起底工程量、残拒爆雷管流失以及产生安全隐患等问题。文章主要对煤矿井巷爆破起底采用对爆破网络雷管脚线架空设计,使整个爆破网络和每个雷管脚线接头都处于悬空状态,彻底解决了雷管漏连和起底爆破网络浸泡在淤泥积水中的问题,杜绝了起底爆破时发生的跳炮、雷管漏连、产生残拒爆雷管、爆破效果差,爆破工程量未按照设计完成等问题。文章以实际应用表明煤矿井巷起底爆破网络架空设计实现了防止残拒爆雷管产生和按设计完成工程作业量的目的,提高经济效益,消除了安全隐患。 During the construction of bottom blasting in underground roadway of coal mine,due to the influence of many condi⁃tions such as sludge,ponding,drenching in roadway floor and insufficient detonator section,it is easy to cause misfire phe⁃nomenon,which eventually leads to the failure to complete the bottom blasting quantities according to the design,the loss of residual misfire detonators and potential safety hazards.Through the overhead design of the detonator foot line of the bottom blasting network in the coal mine roadway,the whole blasting network and each detonator foot line joint are in the suspended state,the phenomenons of missing connection of detonators and soaking of the bottom blasting network in mud water are com⁃pletely solved,and the problems of the missing connection of detonators,the residual misfire detonators,the poor blasting ef⁃fect,and the failure of the blasting quantities to complete according to the design are eliminated.The practical application shows that the overhead design of bottom blasting network in coal mine roadway realizes the purpose of preventing the genera⁃tion of residual misfire detonators and completing the engineering work according to the design,improves the economic bene⁃fits and eliminates the potential safety hazards.
