可可盖煤矿地面定向钻疏放2号煤层水实践

摘要 相邻小纪汗煤矿、巴拉素煤矿揭煤时煤层涌水量较大,对矿井安全构成一定威胁,影响了矿井建设工期。为接受相邻矿井的水害事故教训,进一步探明可可盖煤矿2号煤层含水情况,消除水患,确保井筒顺利揭煤,掩护大巷掘进安全,缩短建井工期,在地面施工钻孔,到达煤层后水平钻进,与已施工的下料孔贯通,贯通后通过下料孔提前疏放2号煤层水,确保井筒安全揭煤。该方案开创了地面防治水的先河,井筒实现无水安全揭煤,不仅实现本质安全建井,而且降低排水费用,缩短建设工期,为榆横矿区2号煤含水层煤矿的建设创立了可借鉴的治水模式。 Xiaojihan Coal Mine and Balasu Coal Mine adjacent to Kekegai Coal Mine have large water inflow during coal uncovering,which not only poses a certain threat to mine safety,but also affects the construction period of the mine.In order to accept the lessons of water disaster accidents in adjacent mines,further explore the water content of No.2 coal seam in Kekegai Coal Mine,ensure the smooth coal uncovering of the shaft,guarantee the safety of roadway excavation,and shorten the construction period of the mine,the ground water prevention scheme is put forward,that is,the ground horizontal drilling hole is connected with the constructed blanking hole,and the water of No.2 coal seam is drained in advance through the blanking hole,so as to ensure safe coal uncovering in the shaft.The scheme creates a precedent for surface water prevention and control,realizes the safety of coal uncovering with no water in the shaft and intrinsically safe of mine construction,reduces the drainage cost and shortens the construction period,and creates a water control model for the construction of coal mine in Yuheng mining area.
