摘要
煤炭开采过程中会产生大量废水,若不经处理直接排放,将会对环境产生严重污染,不符合国家环保要求,同时造成水资源的大量浪费。矿井水相比其他工业污水,污染程度小,处理相对比较容易。目前,高矿化度矿井水处理技术已经成为煤矿废水治理方面研究的难点与热点。巴拉素煤矿井下水量相对较大,具有高含盐量、弱碱性、高悬浮物等特征。文章针对巴拉素煤矿井下涌水特征,进行了深入的分析,提出预处理、脱盐、二次浓缩及蒸发结晶四段工艺处理流程,并对各个处理单元工艺及出水水质进行介绍,将废水资源化的同时为本地区其他煤矿井下水处理提供了有效参考。
A large amount of waste water will be generated during coal mining.If it is discharged directly without treatment,it will cause serious pollution to the environment,which does not meet the national environmental protection requirements,and at the same time causes a large waste of water resources.Compared with other industrial sewage,mine water has a lower degree of pollution and is relatively easy to treat.At present,high salt mine water treatment technology has become the difficulty and hotspot of coal mine wastewater treatment.The underground water volume of Balasu Coal Mine is relatively large,with the characteristics of high salt content,weak alkalinity,and high suspended solids.By analyzing the characteristics of underground water in Balasu Coal Mine,this paper puts forward the four-stage process of pretreatment,desalination,secondary concentration and evaporation and crystallization,introduces the processes of each treatment unit and the quality of the effluent,and provides an effective reference for underground water treatment in other coal mines in this area.
