课程思政背景下高校辅导员参与双创教育协同育人

Research on College Counselors’Participation in Collaborative Education of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education under the"Ideological and Political Theories Teaching in All Courses"

全面开展课程思政教育,是贯彻落实习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上重要讲话精神,提高人才培养质量的重要举措。在此背景下,大学生创新创业教育成为国家实施创新驱动发展战略和人才强国战略的迫切需要。高校辅导员作为学生成长发展的引导者、培育者和守护者,其核心能力-思想政治教育能力在"课程思政"背景下参与大学生双创教育协同育人过程中发挥着重要作用,与此同时大学生双创教育协同育人过程也必然对高校辅导员的核心能力形成反作用,二者之间互相作用、相辅相成。由此,在"课程思政"背景下分析高校辅导员参与双创教育协同育人工作中存在的若干问题,并基于对学生、高校辅导员两方的调研数据,利用数学分析方法提出"双目标、四途径"的协同育人工作方案,最终落脚到"育人育才相统一、育人育教相统一"的理念上来。

Carrying out ideological and political education in an all-round way is an important measure to implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s major speech spirits at the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in China’s Universities and Colleges,and to improve the talent training quality.Under this background,college students’innovation and entrepreneurship education has become an urgent need for the implementation of the strategy of innovation-driven development and that of strengthening the nation through human resource development.College counselors are the guider,cultivator and guardian of students’growth and development.Ideological and political education ability,which is one of college counselors’core competences,is very important in the process of college students’innovation and entrepreneurship education under the background of"ideological and political theories teaching in all courses".In turn,the collaborative education of college students’innovation and entrepreneurship will also have an influence on college counselors’core competences.Both of them interact and complement with each other.Therefore,under the background of"ideological and political theories teaching in all courses",this paper analyzes several problems existing in college counselors’participation in the collaborative education of entrepreneurship and innovation.Based on the survey data of students and college counselors,it also uses mathematical analysis method to put forward a collaborative education work plan with"two goals,four ways"in order to reach the goal of"the integration of cultivating college students and counselors".
