硫酸吲哚酚引起慢性肾脏病血管钙化机制的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)患者的心血管疾病(cardiovascular disease,CVD)死亡率明显高于普通人群,而血管钙化(vascular calcification,VC)则是引起CKD患者发生心血管疾病的独立危险因素[1]。硫酸吲哚酚(indoxyl sulfate,IS)作为一种重要的小分子结合类尿毒症毒素,主要来源于膳食中的色氨酸,经肠道艾希氏菌属作用后生成吲哚并吸收入血,运至肝脏经氧化和硫酸化而成。由于IS是通过肾脏排泄到尿液中,在肾衰竭时逐渐蓄积在体内。报道称[2],血清IS水平不仅与血管钙化相关,而且还预测了CKD患者的心血管事件和总体死亡率。因此,研究IS诱导血管钙化的潜在机制对于新的治疗策略至关重要。本文就IS通过促进氧化应激、炎症反应、诱导血管平滑肌细胞功能、表观遗传调控等在CKD引起的血管钙化的相关机制研究作一综述。
