摘要
随着铝土矿短缺的矛盾日益突出,从粉煤灰中提取氧化铝备受关注,世界各国都在积极开展粉煤灰综合利用研究。目前,国内外提取氧化铝工艺包括碱法、酸法、铵法、酸碱联合法和烧结淋滤法等,但其工艺的优缺点不一。因此需进一步重视研究和发展新技术,探索多种工艺的组合利用,以提高粉煤灰的利用效率。
With the increasingly prominent contradictions in bauxite shortage,thus to extract alumina from flyash has been attracted much interest.Countries in the world all have actively carrying out flyash comprehensive utilization study.Currently,alumina extraction technologies both in home and abroad have alkaline,acidic,ammonium,acidic associated with alkaline,as well as sintering-leaching etc processes,but they have different advantages and disadvantages.Thus should further pay attention to research and develop new technologies,explore multi-process combined usage to promote flyash utilization efficiency.
