肝胆管结石手术采用预见性护理模式的临床效果观察

Clinical effect of predictive nursing mode in hepatolithiasis surgery

目的:观察接受肝胆管结石手术患者采取预见性护理模式的具体方法及效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年1月接诊的肝胆管结石手术患者80例作为观察对象,根据所选患者的入院顺序对其进行分组,对照组40例接受临床常规护理干预,研究组40例接受预见性护理模式,对比两组患者的护理效果以及不良反应。结果:接受预见性护理模式的研究组患者手术时间以及住院时间短于对照组,手术之后不良反应发生率低于对照组,临床护理服务的满意程度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为临床肝胆管结石手术患者提供预见性护理模式可以有效缩短患者的手术时间以及住院时间,减少手术之后不良反应发生率,提高患者对于临床护理工作的满意度,值得临床应用。

Objective To discuss the specific methods and nursing effects of predictive nursing mode for patients undergoing hepatolithiasis surgery.Methods Between January 2020 and January 2021 departments of hepatolith surgery patient 80 cases as this topic observation object,according to the order of the selected patients admitted to hospital for groups,one group of patients receiving routine clinical nursing intervention,a total of 40 cases as control group,a group of patients receiving predictive nursing mode,remaining A total of 40 patients were included into the study group,and the nursing effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The operative time and hospitalization time of patients in the study group receiving the predictive nursing mode were significantly shorter than those in the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions after surgery in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was significant.The satisfaction degree of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Conclusion Providing predictive nursing mode for clinical hepatolithiasis patients can effectively shorten the operation time and hospital stay of patients,reduce the risk of adverse reactions after surgery,improve the satisfaction of patients for clinical nursing work,should be vigorously promoted and applied.
