氢化可的松联合维生素C及维生素B1在脓毒症早期患者中的临床应用价值分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析氢化可的松联合维生素C及维生素B1在脓毒症早期患者中的临床应用价值。方法:选取2019年1月—2021年6月我院脓毒症76例早期患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各38例。对照组采取氢化可的松治疗,观察组采取氢化可的松联合维生素C及维生素B1治疗。对比分析两组各临床指标。结果:观察组患者的降钙素原、C反应蛋白、白介素6、器官功能障碍程度评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的住院时间、血管活性药物使用时间少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗后,两组患者的血清丙二醛、血清超氧化物歧化酶指标均明显改善,并且观察组患者的血清丙二醛、血清超氧化物歧化酶指标改善幅度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的急性肾功能衰竭发生率(5.26%)显著低于对照组(21.05%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脓毒症早期患者接受氢化可的松联合维生素C及维生素B1治疗,可以快速改善氧化应激反应,减少肾损伤及药物治疗时间,值得临床应用。 Objective To analyze the clinical application of pine and vitamin B1 in sepsis in sepsis.Methods A total of 76 patients with sepsis in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 38 cases in each group by random number method.The control group was treated with hydrocortisone,and the observation group was treated with vitamin C combined with hydrocortisone and vitamin B1.The clinical indexes of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The scores of procalcitonin,C-reactive protein,interleukin 6,and organ dysfunction degree of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The observation group had less hospitalization time and vasoactive drug use time Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the serum malondialdehyde and serum superoxide dismutase indexes of the two groups of patients were significantly improved,and the serum malondialdehyde and serum of the observation group The improvement of superoxide dismutase index was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of acute renal failure in the observation group was 5.26%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(21.05%),the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early sepsis patients receiving vitamin C combined with hydrocortisone and vitamin B1 treatment can quickly improve oxidative stress response,reduce kidney damage and drug treatment time,it is worthy of promotion and application.
