一种基于PROFINET协议的蒙拉机电控系统网络结构

摘要 依托某蒙皮拉形机项目电控系统网络结构的设计背景,建立了一种基于PROFINET工业以太网协议的电控系统网络,其中包括五部分:计算机网络系统、PLC及其远程IO站的控制网络、传感器的信号采集网络、控制伺服阀的执行层网络、带诊断功能的MCC布线系统和操作及其状态的布线系统网络,这五部分网络处在同一网段,相互之间数据都能够交换和通讯。该种基于同一种网络协议的电控系统控制网络有效地解决了控制网络"一网通"的控制要求,缩短了网络延时,使得整个电控控制系统更加可靠和高效。经过实际测试和数据监控,该种网络的720 h测试故障率为0,操作信号到执行指令再到传感器反馈,整个通讯延迟从单独PLC主网络的10 ms减小至执行子网的1 ms。 According to the design background of electronic control system network structure of a stretch forming equipment,an electrical control system network based on PROFINET protocol is established,which includes five parts:The computer network system,the control network of PLC and its remote IO station,the signal network of sensor,the executive network of control servo valve,the MCC system with diagnostic function and the cabling system network of operation button,these five parts of the network are in the same network segment,data exchange and communication between each other.This kind of electronic control system control network based on the same network protocol can realized one network control conception,it can also shorten the network delay,and make the whole electronic control system more reliable and efficient.After actual testing and data monitoring,the 720 hours failure rate of this network is 0,and the communication delay from operation signal to execution instruction and then to sensor feedback is reduced from 10 ms to 1 ms.
