基于代理模型法的叠片式吊钩热-结构应力分析

摘要 冶金起重机吊钩在实际工况下受重力载荷和热载荷的共同作用,采用有限元模拟计算需消耗大量计算资源和时间,为了快速预测吊钩在特定重力载荷和热载荷下的应力,有必要对吊钩的热-结构耦合受力分析进行代理模型的研究。首先建立起重吊钩的几何模型,分析了其仅在重力载荷下的最大应力分布情况。然后考虑存在热载荷作用的情况下,计算其最大应力分布情况以及其在不同重力载荷下吊钩钩腔截面位置处的应力值。建立了基于支持向量回归的代理模型来快速获得在特定载荷下对应的应力最大值,最后通过与有限元方法作对比,验证了所建模型的有效性。 Under the actual working conditions,the hook of metallurgical crane is subject to the combined action of gravity load and thermal load,and the finite element simulation calculation needs to consume a lot of calculation resources and time.In order to quickly predict the stress of the hook under specific gravity load and thermal load,it is necessary to study the proxy model for the thermal structural coupling stress analysis of the hook.Firstly,the geometric model of lifting hook is established,and its maximum stress distribution under gravity load is analyzed.Then,considering the thermal load,the maximum stress distribution and the stress value at the cross-section of the hook cavity under different gravity loads are calculated.A surrogate model based on support vector regression is established to quickly obtain the maximum stress under specific load.Finally,the effectiveness of the model is verified by comparison with the finite element method.
