摘要
随着生产工艺不断进步及装备研发水平的快速提高,铝挤压后部精整牵引生产线牵引技术快速发展,双牵引作为一种新技术,可实现连续生产,提高挤压生产效率和产品质量。本文介绍了双牵引控制系统,对双牵引控制系统不能准确定位中断锯于焊合缝进行研究,提出新的中断锯切长度控制算法,使中断锯准确捕捉焊合缝,提高了成品率;通过对双牵引机在执行"交接料"工艺时牵引力叠加导致制品在磨具出口形成环形波纹,造成残次品问题的研究,提出该工艺段新的牵引力控制方法,消除了制品所受牵引力的波动,提高了成品率。
With the continuous progress of production technology and the rapid improvement of equipment research and development level in the aluminum alloy profile handling system,the profile pulling technology has developed rapidly.Until now,the double pulling technology can realize continuous production and improve extrusion production efficiency and product quality.This paper introduces the double pulling control system,and studies the problem of the interrupted saw can't accurately locate the profile welding seam in the double pulling control system,and proposes a new interrupted sawing length control algorithm,so that the interrupted saw can accurately find the welding seam and improve the yield.Then it research the problem of defective products caused by the superposition of the pull force at the outlet of the extrusion die in the handover profile process,a new pull force control method is proposed,which can eliminates the impact of the pull force on the product and increase the yield.
