摘要
根据海塘安澜千亿工程行动计划,环杭州湾海塘防御标准将提升至300 a一遇。利用波浪实测资料以及大范围波浪数学模型,研究杭州湾地区在遭遇300 a一遇台风组合300 a一遇潮位时抵抗风浪的能力。结果表明:300 a一遇台风在杭州湾不同位置产生的有效波高存在差异。北岸乍浦—金山相当于重现期200 a一遇,海盐—乍浦相当于重现期100 a一遇;南岸各站有效波高均小于100 a一遇。所定的潮浪组合能够防御相应频率的台风。
According to the action plan of the 100-Billion Seawall Safety Engineering Program,the defense standard of the seawalls around the Hangzhou Bay will be raised to 300-year return period.Based on the measured wave data and large-scale wave mathematical model,the ability to resist wind and waves when encountering 300-year-return typhoon combination and 300-year-return tide level in Hangzhou Bay was studied.Results show that there are differences in the effective wave heights of 300-year-return typhoon at different locations in Hangzhou Bay,that of Zhapu-Jinshan at the north bank is equivalent to 200-year-return and that of Haiyan-Zhapu is equivalent to 100-year-return.The effective wave heights at the south bank are all below the 100-year-return standard.The selected tide and wave combination can defend the typhoon of the corresponding frequency.
