女性“前列腺癌”2例报告及文献复习

Female“prostate cancer”:a report of 2 cases and literature review

目的探讨女性“前列腺癌”的临床诊治过程,提高对该病的认识和诊治水平。方法回顾性分析大坪医院近期收治的2例女性“前列腺癌”患者的临床资料,结合文献对其临床表现、影像学检查、诊疗及预后进行总结。结果1例行机器人辅助腹腔镜下女性尿道旁腺肿瘤根治术,随访16个月复发。1例在新辅助化疗后行女性尿道旁腺肿瘤根治术,术后随访7个月多处转移。结论女性“前列腺癌”发病率低,预后差,磁共振检查有助于判断肿瘤的性质和位置,确诊依赖于病理活检,治疗应合理选择手术、放疗、化疗相结合的综合疗法。

Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of female“prostate cancer”,and to improve the understanding,diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Methods The clinical data of 2 patients with female“prostate cancer”admitted to Daping Hospital were retrospective analyzed.The clinical manifestations,imaging data,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis were summarized,and relevant literature was reviewed.Results Case 1 received robot-assisted laparoscopic radical mastectomy for paraurethral tumors,and recurrence was observed after 16 months.Case 2 received radical mastectomy for paraurethral tumors after 2 cycles of neoadjuvant chemotherapy,and multiple metastases were observed after 7 months.Conclusion Female“prostate cancer”is rare and the prognosis is poor.The size and location of tumors can be accurately identified by MRI scans and the diagnosis should be confirmed by biopsy.A combination of surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy is required for treatment.
