Objective To explore the application value of color Doppler ultrasonography for evaluating hemodynamic parameters of uterine artery in patients with late-onset preeclampsia(PE).Methods Ninety-forth pregnant women with late-onset PE(observation group)and 106 healthy pregnant women with full-term pregnancy(control group)were enrolled.Clinical data and hemodynamic parameters of uterine artery(resistivity index[RI],pulsatility index[PI]and the ratio of peak systolic velocity to end diastolic velocity[S/D])were measured or calculated. Results The age, body mass index(BMI),premature delivery rate, cesarean section rate, fetal growth restriction rate,RI,PI,S/D and early diastolic notch of uterine artery in observation group were all higher than those in control group(all P<0.05),while the weight of newborns in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).PI of uterine artery in 38 cases in observation group and 2 healthy pregnant women in control group with early diastolic notch were all>1.2.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography monitoring hemodynamic parameters of uterine artery of late-onset PE pregnant women could provide basis for timely and effective treatment.
