摘要
在军事和日常生活中,过度出血是常见的紧急情况。控制出血不仅依赖于自身的止血机制,还需要外部干预止血,从而需要开发一种低成本、无毒、具有良好生物相容性的止血剂。由于淀粉具有特殊表面积、来源广泛、无免疫原性、可被人体吸收等特点,成为了止血材料的热门研究。本文主要综述了淀粉止血粉末、淀粉止血海绵以及淀粉止血凝胶这三种止血形式,并总结其未来发展趋势。
Excessive bleeding is a common emergency in military and everyday life.The control of bleeding not only depends on its own hemostatic mechanism,but also requires external hemostatic intervention,so it is necessary to develop a low-cost,non-toxic and biocompatible hemostatic agent.Starch has become a popular hemostatic material because of its special surface area,wide sources,non-immunogenicity and absorption by the human body.This paper mainly reviews three kinds of hemostatic forms:starch hemostatic powder,starch hemostatic sponge and starch hemostatic gel,and summarizes the future development trend.
