摘要
校园交往场域中的人际关系及其所隐含的伦理关系与道德规范,会对学生的道德发展产生显性或隐性的影响。校园交往场域包括科层关系场域、熟人关系场域和陌生人关系场域,分别在德育主导性力量的增强、德育对象主体地位的提升以及德育有效性的实现等方面具有重要功能。然而,三个场域也分别存在不利于德育的因素:科层关系场域中的道德规范具有预设性与专断性,等级观念与监视性被过度强调;熟人关系场域对内部特殊成员具有排斥性,道德逻辑具有功利性;陌生人关系场域则潜伏着现代社会的信任危机和难以弥合的价值纷争。为充分发挥校园交往场域中德育功能,学校应创建平等的师生交互关系,构筑自觉热忱的人际网络,建构多元融合的交流空间,从而有效拓展德育时空,深化德育效果,促进学生道德水平的跃升。
The interpersonal relationship in the field of campus communication and its implied ethical relationship and moral norms will have an explicit or implicit impact on the moral development of students.Campus communication field includes bureaucratic relationship field,acquaintance relationship field and stranger relationship field,which have important functions in enhancing the dominant force of moral education,improving the subject status of moral education objects and realizing the effectiveness of moral education.However,there are also factors that are not conducive to moral education in the three fields:the moral norms in the field of bureaucratic relations are presupposed and arbitrary,and the hierarchy and surveillance are overemphasized;The field of acquaintance relationship is exclusive to the special members,and the moral logic is utilitarian;In the field of stranger relationship,there is a crisis of trust in modern society and a value dispute that is hard to bridge.In order to realize the release of the function of moral education in the field of campus communication,schools should create equal interaction between teachers and students,build a self-conscious and enthusiastic interpersonal network,and construct a multi integrated communication space,so as to effectively expand the time and space of moral education,deepen the effect of moral education,and promote the leap of students'moral level.
