基于师范专业认证标准的人才培养方案修订与反思 被引量:6

摘要 师范专业认证标准具有定性为主、定量为辅,逻辑关系严密,强调能力导向等诸多特征,明确了专业认证的评价体系。教师教育专业要在把握构建主线、设置课程体系、落实技术路线等核心操作的基础上,根据认证标准设计人才培养方案。具体设计过程中应以能力为主线,结合基础教育需求设定人才培养目标,并细化为总目标、5年预期目标和毕业要求;以模块化方式设置课程体系,厘清具体课程与培养目标之间的逻辑关系;以反向设计为技术路线,打通课程目标与总体目标之间的内在衔接。各高等师范院校在培养方案设计中还要兼顾教师教育类的其他标准与具体要求,积极探索如何突出自身特色、如何迎接新技术挑战、如何突出能力导向等问题。 The standard of normal professional certification defines the evaluation system of professional certification,which has many characteristics,such as qualitative orientation,quantitative orientation,strict logical relationship and emphasis on ability orientation.On the basis of the core operations such as the construction of the main line,the setting of the curriculum system and the implementation of the technical route,the teacher education specialty should design the talent cultivation program according to the certification standards.Specific design process should be based on the ability as the main line,combined with the basic education needs to set talent training goals,and detailed into the general goal,five-year expected goals and graduation requirements;The course system is set up in a modular way to clarify the logical relationship between specific courses and training objectives.With reverse design as the technical route,the internal connection between the course objective and the overall objective is made.In the design of training programs,all normal colleges and universities should also consider other standards and specific requirements of teacher education,and actively explore how to highlight their own characteristics,how to meet new technical challenges,how to highlight the ability orientation and other issues.
