摘要
当前不少师范院校都强调师范生教育教学实践能力的培养,师范生实践性知识的养成成为不可回避的问题。从分析师范生实践性知识养成的意义与价值出发,阐述师范生实践性知识养成的现实困境,即错误的实践观忽略了师范生的主体性;教育行动中伦理性的缺失影响师范生的教育信念;对实践性知识的误读遮蔽了知识的真实意蕴。基于以上分析,尝试性提出突破困境的超越路径:设置问题情境,丰富师范生的实践体验;创新教学模式,发展师范生的实践意识;拓宽反思渠道,提升师范生的反思能力;增强主体意识,培养师范生的教育信念。
Some normal college reinforce the educational practice abilities of the normal students currently,so the development of the practical knowledge of the normal students is a question that we must face.The thesis analyses the meaning and value of the development of the practical knowledge of the normal students,expounds the actual straits of the development of the practical knowledge of the normal students:the wrong sense of the practice that ignores the subject of the normal students;the deficiency of the ethnics about the educational action that affects the educational faith of normal students;the wrong understanding of the practical knowledge covers the right meaning of the knowledge.And proposes some ways to surpass the actual straits:design the situation of the question,add the experience of the practice of the normal students;innovate the education pattern,develop the idea of the practice of the normal students;broaden the ways of the introspection,reinforce the introspection abilities of the normal students;strengthen the idea of the subject,bring up the educational faith of the normal students.
