摘要
奇点大学是美国先进的企业家学校,也是受全球关注和效仿的企业教育标杆,它旨在解决人类面临的重大挑战。目前,奇点大学的创新课程项目将过去面向个人、创业公司、企业三大类改为面向个人和组织两类。通过对奇点大学创新课程项目的课程理念、课程内容、课程主客体、教学方式、课程结果等方面的具体研究,总结其课程项目体系的先进性、系统性、全球性、多样性等特色和优势,揭示美国企业家学校何以成功的内在逻辑。对美国奇点大学与我国湖畔创业研学中心的课程进行比较,发现其中突出的问题,并尝试提出针对性的建议,即课程内容创新化、教学师资国际化、课程体系系统化、教学方式多元化、创业实践落地化。
Singularity University is an advanced entrepreneurship school in the United States,and it is also a bench marking organization of enterprise education which is concerned and imitated by the whole world.It is committed to solving the future challenges of mankind.At present,Singularity University's innovation curriculum project has changed the past three categories of individual oriented,start-up oriented and enterprise oriented into two categories of individual oriented and organization oriented.The paper does specific research on the curriculum idea,curriculum content,subject and object,teaching method and curriculum result of the innovative curriculum of Singularity University,the characteristics and advantages of its advanced,systematic,global and diversified curriculum system are summarized,and the internal logic of the success of American business school is revealed.This paper compares the courses of Singularity University in the United States with those of Hupan Entrepreneurship Research Center in China,finds out the prominent problems,and tries to put forward some suggestions:the innovation of curriculum content,the internationalization of teaching staff,the systematization of curriculum system,the diversification of teaching methods,and the landing of entrepreneurship practice.
