我院住院药房全自动分包机拆零药品安全管理

Safety management of dismounted drugs from the fully automatic dispensing and packing machine at the inpatient dispensary of our hospital

住院患者单剂量发药不仅减轻人力资源投入,更能提高工作效率,提升医疗服务水平。但由于目前尚无明确标准文件对口服拆零药品进行质量控制及管理,因此严格把控拆零药品各环节,规范拆零操作对药品质量安全及临床用药安全意义重大。本文主要通过对本院全自动单剂量锭剂分包机管理方式、使用过程中分包机的优缺点及拆零药品相关管理环节的重点进行梳理,以期为拆零药品的管控提供思路及经验借鉴。

Unit dose dispensing for inpatients not only reduces human resource input,but also improves work efficiency and medical service level.However,at present,there is no document clarifying the criterion of controlling and administering the quality of oral dismounted drugs.Therefore,it is of great significance to strictly control each link of dismounted drugs and standardize dismounting operations for drug quality safety and clinical medication safety.This paper mainly analyzed the mode of management of the full-automatic single dose pastill dispensing machine,the advantages and disadvantages of the dispensing and packing machine in use and the key points in the related links of the management of dismounted drugs,so as to provide ideas and experience reference for the control of dismounted drugs.
