Application of PDCA cycle management mode in orthopedic teaching

PDCA循环管理模式主要包括四个层次,即计划、实施、检查和处理,是当今管理界公认有效的质量管理办法。传统骨科教学方式有许多缺陷和不足,往往导致教学效果欠佳。文章阐述了骨科教学的现状与问题、PDCA循环管理模式的层次及特点、PDCA循环管理模式在骨科教学中的应用。通过将PDCA循环管理模式应用于骨科教学过程中,能周期性地暴露问题、剖析问题并处理问题,进而建立一个持续改进的骨科教学模式。实践证明,PDCA循环管理模式是一种对教学工作持续改进的方法,也是一种使教学质量不断上升的管理模式。虽然在骨科教学过程的实施中仍存在一定问题,但是其相较于传统教学模式的优势是显而易见的。目的是将PDCA循环管理模式的理念和方法运用至骨科教学中,从而为今后持续提高骨科教学质量提供参考。

PDCA cycle,a management mode,mainly consists of four parts,that is,plan,do,check and act,which is an effective quality management method recognized by the management community today.There are many defects and deficiencies in traditional orthopedic teaching methods,which generally lead to poor teaching effects.This paper expounds on the present situation and problems of orthopedic teaching,the levels and characteristics of the cycle management mode,and its application in orthopedic teaching.By applying the PDCA cycle to the orthopedic teaching process,problems can be periodically exposed,analyzed and dealt with,and then a continuously improved orthopedic teaching mode can be established.The practice has proved that the PDCA cycle is a way to continuously improve teaching work as well as a management mode for improving teaching quality.Although there are still some problems in the implementation of orthopedic teaching,the advantages of the PDCA cycle are prominent as compared with the traditional teaching mode.The objective is to apply the idea and method of the PDCA cycle to orthopedic teaching,so as to provide a reference for continuously improving the quality of orthopedic teaching in the future.
