MDT模式延续护理对老年慢阻肺患者肺功能、自我护理能力及生存质量的影响

Effect of MDT mode based continuous nursing on pulmonary function,self-care ability and quality of life of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的研究多学科协作团队(MDT)模式延续护理对老年慢阻肺患者肺功能、自我护理能力及生活质量的影响。方法选取遵义医科大学第五附属(珠海)医院呼吸与危重症医学科2018年6月至2020年6月收治的慢阻肺患者68例,按照随机数字表法分为A组34例(采用常规护理方法)和B组34例(采用MDT模式延续护理),比较干预前后两组患者肺功能、自我护理能力和生存质量。结果B组患者经过MDT模式延续护理干预后,肺功能、自我护理能力和生存质量评分改善情况均优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MDT模式延续护理可提高老年慢阻肺患者的自我护理能力,进而改善生存质量和提升肺功能,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the effect of multidisciplinary team(MDT)mode based continuous nursing on pulmonary function,self-care ability and quality of life of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of Sixty-eight patients with COPD admitted to the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine of the Fifth Affiliated(Zhuhai)Hospital of Zunyi Medical University,from June 2018 to June 2020 were divided into group A(34 cases,conventional nursing)and group B(34 cases,continuous nursing based on MDT mode)by random number table method.The pulmonary function,self-care ability and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the improvement of the pulmonary function,self-care ability and quality of life of patients in group B were better than those in group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion MDT mode based continuous nursing can improve the self-care ability of elderly patients with COPD,and then improve the quality of life and enhance pulmonary function,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
