加味活络效灵丹促进空腔脏器肿瘤排出体外的理论与机制探讨

Study on the Theory and Mechanism of Jiawei Huoluo Xiaolingdan in Promoting Tumor Excretion of Cavity Organs

中医辨治肿瘤,强调“因势利导”“给邪以去路”,如果能将肿瘤直接排出体外,在某种程度上,可能会节约更多的医疗资本并有希望提高临床疗效。空腔脏器肿瘤因为有天然管道与外相通,器官内膜发生糜烂、溃疡、出血等引起细胞脱落从空腔排出体外,为肿瘤排出体外提供了可能。现结合数例运用活络效灵丹加味治后排出肿瘤组织的病例予以分析。

TCM diagnosis and treatment of tumors emphasizes"advising the situation"and"giving the way to evil".If the tumor can be directly excreted from the body,to some extent,it may save more medical capital and hopefully improve the clinical efficacy.Cavity organ tumors are connected to the outside with natural ducts.Erosion,ulcers,hemorrhage,etc.occur in the inner lining of the organs,causing cells to fall off from the cavity and excreted from the body,providing the possibility for the tumor to be discharged from the body.The author has used Jiawei Huoluo Xiaolingdan in clinical practice,and there are several cases of excreting tumor tissue,which is worthy of further elaboration and research.
