化浊解毒疏肝方治疗老年人气郁化火型轻中度抑郁障碍的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Huazhuo Jiedu Shugan Decoction in the Treatment of Mild to Moderate Depressive Disorder of the Elderly with Qi-fire Stagnation Type

目的:观察化浊解毒疏肝方治疗老年人气郁化火型轻中度抑郁障碍的临床疗效。方法:依据改良中医症候积分量表和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)评分,选取气郁化火型轻中度抑郁障碍的老年患者60例,随机将患者分为观察组和对照组。观察组以化浊解毒疏肝方治疗。对照组口服米氮平治疗。治疗8周后评价患者临床症状改善情况,检测治疗前后两组改良中医症候积分和HAMD-17积分变化情况。结果:在治疗8周后,两组HAMD-17积分均下降,积分对比,观察组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01);观察组和对照组改良中医症候积分对比,有十分显著的差异(P<0.01),根据减分比较,观察组改善中医症状方面明显优于对照组。结论:化浊解毒疏肝方能明显改善老年患者气郁化火型轻中度抑郁障碍的临床症状。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Huazhuo Jiedu Shugan Decoction on the elderly patients with mild to moderate depression.Methods:According to the scores of modified TCM symptom integral scale and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-17),60 elderly patients with depression of Qi-fire stagnation type were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was treated with Huazhuo Jiedu Shugan decoction.The control group was treated with mirtazapine.After 8 weeks of treatment,the improvement of clinical symptoms was evaluated,and the changes of symptom score and HAMD-17 score of the two groups before and after treatment were detected.Results:After 8 weeks of treatment,the scores of HAMD-17 in the two groups decreased,and the effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01);There was significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P<0.01),According to the score reduction comparison,the observation group is better than the control group in improving TCM symptoms.Conclusion:Huazhuo Jiedu Shugan decoction can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of the elderly patients with mild to moderate depression.
