走罐联合活血散瘀膏封包治疗血瘀型斑块状银屑病30例

Thirty Cases of Plaque Psoriasis with Blood Stasis Type Treated by Moving Cupping Therapy Combined with Huoxue Sanyu Ointment

目的:观察研究走罐疗法联合活血散瘀膏封包治疗血瘀型斑块状银屑病的临床疗效及对生活质量评分的影响。方法:选取2019年9月—2021年6月本院皮肤科门诊及住院部诊治的血瘀型斑块状银屑病患者60例,按随机数字表法分为两组各30例。观察组采用走罐联合活血散瘀膏封包治疗,对照组采用窄谱中波紫外线联合卡泊三醇软膏外搽治疗,两组疗程均为8周。观察比较两组患者治疗前后PASI、DLQI评分变化,进而评估走罐联合活血散瘀膏封包治疗银屑病的临床疗效。结果:治疗8周后,两组患者PASI、DLQI评分均出现下降,观察组各评分下降程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05),同时观察组的临床疗效也明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:走罐疗法联合活血散瘀膏封包治疗血瘀型斑块状银屑病安全、有效,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Moving cupping therapy combined with Huoxue Sanyu Ointment in the treatment of Plaque Psoriasis of blood stasis type and its effect on the score of quality of life.Methods:Patients with Plaque Psoriasis in the outpatient and inpatient department of Dermatology of our hospital from September 2019 to June 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Moving cupping combined with Huoxue Sanyu Ointment,and the control group was treated with narrow-spectrum ultraviolet B(NB-UVB)combined with carpotriol ointment.After 8 weeks of treatment,the changes of PASI score and DLQI score before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups,then to evaluate the clinical efficacy of cupping combined with Huoxue Sanyu ointment in the treatment of psoriasis.Results:After 8 weeks of treatment,the PASI score and DLQI score of the two groups decreased,but the decline degree of each score in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the clinical effect of the observation group was also significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moving cupping therapy combined with Huoxue Sanyu ointment is safe and effective in the treatment of plaque psoriasis of blood stasis type.
