摘要
目的:探讨PBL联合情景模拟教学法在手术室护士规范化培训教学中的应用效果,以研究提升手术室护士规范化培训教学效果的新方法。方法:选择2019年7月-2020年6月在手术室进行规范化培训的100名规培护士采用随机分组的方法将其分成对照组和试验组。对照组接受常规模式的规范化培训,试验组采用PBL教学联合情景模拟教学法对规培生进行培训,出科室分别对两组学生进行理论考试和技能考核,比较两组规培护士的理论知识和临床护理操作成绩及评判性思维存在的差异,并对测试结果进行统计学分析。结果:两组规培护生在出科室理论知识和操作技能考核成绩及评判性思维能力均存在显著差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:与传统教学法相比,PBL联合情景模拟教学法能更有效提高规培护士的理论及实践操作综合能力。
Objective:To explore the application effect of PBL combined with situational simulation teaching method in the standardized training of operating room nurses,so as to study a new method to improve the teaching effect of standardized training of operating room nurses.Methods:A total of 100 regular training nurses who received standardized training in the operating room from July 2019 to June 2020 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The standardization of the control group accepted routine model training,examination in the PBL teaching combined situational teaching method is adopted to gauge training Pearson,a department respectively the theoretical examination on two groups of students and skill examination,compare two sets of rules from the theoretical knowledge and clinical nursing operation result of the differences and the critical mind,and the test results for statistical analysis.Results:There were significant differences in theoretical knowledge,operational skills and critical thinking ability between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Compared with the traditional teaching method,PBL combined with situational simulation teaching method can effectively improve the comprehensive theoretical and practical ability of the planning and training nurses.
