新旧动能转换背景下山东省县域经济格局研究

Research on the County Economic Pattern of Shandong Province under the Background of the Conversion of New and Old Kinetic Energy

高质量的县域经济对于山东省实现新动能转型具有重要意义。基于此,本文遵循从“一般性的经济空间格局测度”到“综合性的经济发展水平表征”的研究路径,对山东省县域经济空间差异、形态及自相关特征等进行计量,并对新旧动能转换背景下山东省县域经济发展水平进行综合评价。研究发现,2006年以来,山东省县域相对差异趋于减小,但绝对差异仍未得到根本改善。鲁中、鲁东地区县域经济当前表现出较高发展水平,而鲁西南、鲁西北地区尚缺乏实现新旧动能转换的实质动力。需要注意的是,社会消费、科技创新水平愈发成为衡量县域能否占有发展优势的重要维度,未来应从宏观战略政策、县域协同规划及聚焦优势禀赋等方面施策,实现山东省县域经济持续发展。

High quality county economy is of great significance for Shandong Province to realize the transformation of new kinetic energy.Based on this,this article follows the study path from'the general economic spatial pattern of measure'to'comprehensive economic development level of representation',and measures the space difference,form and measured auto-correlation characteristics of county economy in Shandong Province,and comprehensively evaluates the level of county economy development in Shandong Province under the background of the old and the new kinetic energy conversion.It is concluded that since 2006,the relative difference at county level in Shandong Province tends to decrease,but the absolute difference has not been fundamentally improved.The county economy in central and eastern Shandong shows a high level of development at present,but the southwest and northwest Shandong lacks the real power to realize the transformation of old and new driving forces.It should be noted that the level of social consumption and scientific and technological innovation has increasingly become an important dimension to measure whether counties can take advantage of development.In the future,strategies should be taken from the aspects of macro strategic policies,county cooperative planning and focusing on advantage endowment to realize the sustainable development of county economy in Shandong Province.
