基于地域文化的“生态—生产—乡风”乡村微更新路径探索——以昆山市汤灯村为例

Rural Micro-updates Exploration of'Ecology-production-culture Feature'Based on Regional Culture:A Case of Tangdeng Village,Kunshan City

在城镇化快速发展与乡村振兴的背景下,针对乡土空间所面临的生态修复、产业发展和乡风传承等发展需求,乡村规划的视角从高效率的传统更新模式,逐渐转向尊重地域文化与高品质的微更新模式。文章以村庄作为研究单元,通过区域与村域研究尺度分析乡村发展潜力与发展诉求,并以地域文化作为核心,构建“生态—生产—乡风”乡村微更新模式,提出适宜性的总体发展规划和局部提升策略,实现平衡村庄生态环境、提升村庄经济效益、弘扬村风传统文化的发展目标。研究以江苏省昆山市千灯镇汤灯村为例展开规划设计探索,以期为乡村微更新发展路径提供理论与实践依据。

In the context of rapid urbanization development and rural revitalization,aiming at ecological restoration,industrial development,culture inheritance and other development needs,perspective of rural planning has gradually turned traditional high efficiency renewal model to the micro-renewal model based on regional culture and high-level construction.This research took village as research unit,analyzed rural development potential and development demands under regional and village levels,took regional culture as the core,constructed rural micro-update model of'ecologically-production-culture features',put forward appropriate overall development planning and spot transformation strategies.Research aimed to achieve development goals of balancing ecological environment,improving economic benefits and carrying forward traditional culture.This study took Tangdeng Village of Kunshan City,Jangsu Province as a case to explore planning and design,in order to provide theoretical and practical basis for development path in rural micro-update.
