摘要
装配式支吊架作为连接主体结构与附属机电设施之间的非结构构件,其对于保障建筑使用安全起着至关重要的作用。国内装配式支吊架行业处于起步阶段,为引导支吊架行业健康有序发展,总结了装配式支吊架行业的发展现状,梳理了与支吊架相关的标准规范;分析了抗震支吊架的设计现状、功能误区、连接节点以及质量现状等问题;阐述了抗震支吊架的质量检验现状及存在的问题,分析了现有试验方法的局限性,并对检验方法的合理性和必要性等进行了探讨;展望了支吊架行业的未来发展方向,应加强行业自律,努力提升产品质量和工程安装质量。
As a non-structural component connecting structures and auxiliary electromechanical facilities,the assembly supports and hangers play a vital role in ensuring the safety using of buildings.The development of domestic supports and hangers industry was immature,so the present situation was studied in this paper to promote the industry.Firstly,current standards of supports and hangers were elaborated and design situations,misunderstandings for function,connectors as well as quality awareness of seismic supports and hangers were analyzed.Then,the existing problems were illustrated based on the status of quality inspection of seismic supports and hangers.In addition,the limitations of existing test methods were analyzed,and whether methods are reasonable or necessary for seismic supports and hangers was explored.Finally,the future development of supports and hangers was prospected.Industry self-discipline should be strengthened,and efforts should be made to improve product quality and engineering installation quality.
