摘要
总结智能上轴机器人的结构和原理,并介绍其应用效果。介绍了智能上轴机器人的各组成部分,包括车架、运输行走系统、定位系统、升降系统、抓取系统和智能控制系统。介绍了智能上轴机器人的具体工作流程。应用效果表明:智能上轴机器人与织机定位准确迅速,抓取动作稳定可靠,与车间物流控制系统通讯灵敏,实现了预期功能。认为:智能上轴机器人可提高生产效率,降低用工成本。
Structure and principle of intelligent beam installing robot were summarized,its application effect was introduced. Each part of the intelligent beam installing robot was introduced including frame,transportation running system,positioning system,lifting system,grabbing system and intelligent control system.Specific working procedure of the intelligent beam installing robot was introduced.The application effect showed that the positioning of the intelligent beam installing robot with loom was accurate and fast.The grabbing action was stable and reliable.The communication with logistics control system in workshop was sensitive. The expected function was achieved. It is considered that the intelligent beam installing robot can improve the production efficiency and reduce the labor cost.
