Current efficient control measures of production cost in cotton textile enterprise were discussed.The problems existing in production cost control of cotton textile enterprises were analyzed. From labor cost control,establishment of assessment mechanism,raw material cost control,increasing output and production efficiency,reducing consumption cost,etc.,the solution plans of cost control were expounded.It is considered that production cost of cotton textile enterprise can be significantly reduced through effective implementation of various solutions.
